Preggo Mel B Carried Into Hospital IT'S BABY TIME!

Mel B arrived to an L.A. hospital this morning looking like she's ready to pop!

Carried by her hubby, Stephen Belafonte and a bodyguard -- Mel arrived to the hospital before the sun came up.  

The 36-year-old -- who's about to give birth to her 3rd child -- went on the radio yesterday and declared, "It's coming out this week, one way or another it's coming out this week."
