CONRAD MURRAY TRIAL: Defense Blows Through It's Witnesses
Conrad Murray's involuntary manslaughter trial continued Tuesday as the defense called its witnesses -- and the day went fast.
By early afternoon, the defense had already called five of its expected 15 witnesses to the stand. The most eventful witness of the day was No. 6, nurse practitioner Cheryl Lee -- who treated MJ. She got emotional when talking about Michael Jackson and needed a moment to compose herself. Lee testified that she refused numerous requests from Jackson to give him Propofol, which might support the defense's theory that Jackson self-administered his fatal dosage.
