Lindsay Lohan appears in the new ad campaign for Philipp Plein, and the 25-year-old starlet looks quite stunning in the designer's latest collection of women's wear.
While Lindsay has been maintaining a relatively low profile in 2012, it sounds like she's getting back on track and lining up all sorts of gigs -- from JAG Jeans to that new Lifetime movie, she's going to be quite busy over the next few months!
