Kelly Clarkson Is Pregnant With Her First Child

The Grammy winner and her husband, Brandon Blackstock, are expecting their first child together. Kelly Clarkson, shared the happy news on Twitter on Tuesday.

Kelly played coy about pregnancy rumors on "The Tonight Show With Jay Leno" last week.

"[We want a baby] like now! Practice makes perfect!" the season one "American Idol" winner told Leno, adding that she and her husband have been "trying, trying, trying … like rabbits!”

"Are you pregnant now?" the late-night host asked point blank. " Remember -- you're under oath!"

"We are not announcing anything right now," Clarkson replied with a smile.
