Ricky Martin snapped up a new pad in NYC almost exactly a year ago, and now it looks like he's finally ready to kiss his old one goodbye!
The singer has listed his 2,637-square-foot Greenwich Village residence for $8.3 million, which is a bit more than the $5.7 million he paid for it back in 2007. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, and according to listing info, boasts "magnificent light and city views through 11 foot operable floor-to-ceiling windows."
The floors, kitchen, and master bathroom are finished in Austrian smoked oak treated with natural oil and the master bathroom includes wet room in seamless Corian embossed with the building's signature graffiti pattern. And the building matters, as it is one of the Ian Schrager-developed and Herzon & de Meuron-designed cast iron high rises.
Martin put the apartment up for lease in early 2010 at $23,000 per month and again in March of 2012 for $29,500, later reduced to $28,000.
