Janet Jackson has listed her pad at the Trump International near Lincoln Center for lease for $35,000 a month.
The singer paid $2.8 for a three bedroom spread in 1998, and though the 2,093-square-foot condo has only 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, it boasts spectacular views of the city through floor to ceiling windows. Listing info noted that the apartment could be rented either furnished or unfurnished, but tenants are NOT allowed to bring their pets.
The current decor isn't a major selling point, but since it's located in a Trump property, it sounds like the amenities are what really makes the place worth the lease price. There's a health club, a pool, spa services, maids, valet parking, a business center and get this -- a 24-hour room service menu from the Jean-Georges restaurant.
