Rick and Kathy Hilton have reportedly bought a $2.5 million pied-a-terre in NYC, Real Estalker reports. The property was listed for $2.75 million, so the couple got a little bit of a deal on their East Coast purchase!
Located in the famed Pierre hotel, the pad boasts one large master suite and two spacious bathrooms. The building comes with tons of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, room service, maid service twice daily, attended elevators, and access to the swanky gym and spa.
The only drawback is that the monthly maintenance fees cost a whopping $3,911 bucks!
Considering the pair's net worth is estimated at $600 million, we're sure this is mere pennies out of their pocketbook.
