Robin Williams Re-Lists Napa Valley Ranch For $30 Million
Robin Williams has re-listed his Napa Valley ranch for $30 million after putting it on the market back in 2012 for $35 million.
The 640-acre estate has been dubbed Villa Sorriso, which translates to “villa of smiles," and it sits in the Mayacamas Mountains, in an area between Napa and Sonoma Valley. The Mediterranean-style residence has 20,000 square feet of living space, and there are 5 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms (6 full, 6 half).
The home is built from Portuguese limestone, and other features include an oak-paneled library, a home theater, climate-controlled storage for art and wine and a private tower with a bridge accessible from the master suite. Outdoor amenities include a 65-foot pool, stables and a spring-fed pond for bass fishing, and there are 18 acres of vineyards included on the property as well.
