Sting and wife Trudie Styler have listed their London townhome for sale for an undisclosed amount, which will only be revealed to a potential buyer that qualifies for details.
The 8,500 square-feet two story residence boasts 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, as well as a spacious living area, dining area, modern kitchen, media room and backyard garden. Design elements include French windows and doors and stone and wood-tiled ceilings. Swanky!
The couple extensively renovated the property in 2010 with the help of New York-based firm Shelton Mindel & Associates, but before they made any changes, they were forced to obtain permits because the pad is located in a 300-year-old neighborhood where all the buildings are owned by the Queen.
"London homes are sometimes long and skinny and you feel as if you're going up stairs forever. This house is not skinny. It's wide and generous. It also needed a generous amount of work. It was a huge amount of work and a huge amount of waiting. But whatever it took, it was worth it. It's a great, great family house. It now feels as if it has a heart," Styler previously explained to Architectural Digest.
The pair also own homes in New York City and Malibu, so they won't be without a roof over their heads.
