Ted Danson and his wife Mary Steenburgen have picked up this pad in the Santa Monica mountains for $3.47 million, and it may not be the fanciest home on the block, but it looks like it's nice and private.
The two-story wood-shingled craftsman house was built in 1922, and the main residence has three bedrooms and two bathrooms while the guest house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Inside there are high, exposed-beam ceilings, hardwood floors and a grand fireplace, and according to listing info, "the kitchen is one with the dining and family room, blending toward the multilevel fruit tree studded gardens."
Outside there is a pool and a courtyard, and from the brick to the dark shingles on the outside of the house, we're getting some East Coast vibes. But is it really worth $3.5 million?
