Comedian and television host Howie Mandel and his long-time wife Terry have put their recently-built Malibu mini-compound on the market with an asking price of $7,250,000.
Property records show Mandel bought the 1.04 acre Point Dume property back in July 2006 for $3,000,000, and tore down a perfectly ordinary red tile-roofed residence and replaced it with a much larger Douglas Burdge-designed West Coast version of a cedar-shingled Nantucket-y seaside mansion. Listing information says the new house was "unveiled" in 2009.
