Jessica Simpson has finally found a buyer and sold her Beverly Hills mansion for $6.4 million after placing it on the the market back in May for a whopping $7.995 million.
The mom-of-two bought the pad for $5.2 million back in 2005, shortly after her divorce from Nick Lachey.

The 5,500-square-foot home was built in 1991 and features 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. The massive master bedroom has a private deck with a view of the lush grounds, while the large family room opens into the botanical gardens, which include a gated courtyard with a swimming pool and koi pond. The house also has an office, a gym, and a library. Ellen DeGeneres and Paul Hogan are two of the estate's past owners.
It's hard to imagine that Jess could find anything better than this place, but she managed to do so! At the beginning of summer, the singer moved into the Osbourne's former Hidden Hills residence with fiance Eric Johnson, daughter Maxwell and newborn son Ace. The $13 million estate sits on 2.25 acres and boasts 6 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.
