Jack Osbourne Lists His Los Feliz Home For $3 Million

Just two and a half years after buying this 4,800 square foot home in Los Feliz for $2.82 million, Jack Osbourne has listed it for $2.998 million. The home was built in 1926, and though some sites are reporting that Jack flipped it, it turns out the pad was renovated just before he moved in.

The Spanish-style home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, and while the large kitchen and flooring is stunning, it's the sunny courtyard and dipping pool that make us want to move in.

The family room has high ceilings and French doors leading out to the courtyard, and the master suite sits upstairs with its own private balcony. There's a separate guest house with vaulted beam ceilings and a full kitchen.
