Leonardo DiCaprio Buys Green Residence In New York City For $10 Million

Leonardo DiCaprio has purchased a $10 million apartment at the health-centric Delos building in New York's Greenwich Village, and though he recently picked up another pad in the Big Apple, this one looks like it would make for a better primary residence!

Though the home is only 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it takes up the entire fourth floor of the building and boasts facilities including vitamin C-infused showers, purified air and water and a circulated aromatherapy air supply. It also has posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring and dawn simulation provided by a circadian lighting design. Umm, did we just time travel into the future?!

While the drawings above (and in the gallery below) are merely renderings for all of the residences, it's safe to say that the spa-like and zen vibe is the main thing that attracted the 39-year-old star. And there's one bonus, at least for now: Leo is allowed to use a $1 million parking space that comes with the building’s 8,000-square-foot duplex penthouse, which is currently still on the market.

In March Leo threw down $8 million on a two-bedroom apartment next to his $4 million condo in Battery Park City, and it seems as though he'll combine the 2,327-square-foot unit with his current home. Leo's much younger model girlfriend Toni Garrn has moved into the the newer unit, but we're wondering who's going to get to spend more time at the Delos pad!
