Selena Gomez Lists Tarzana Starter Home For $3.5 Million
The fact that this is a starter home is kinda ridiculous, but technically this is the first property the pop singer purchased. And get this -- earlier this spring Selena Gomez upgraded to a mansion nearly twice the size of this one.
The 21-year-old starlet bought the Tarzana home from Jonah Hill in 2011 for $2.1 million, and after an extensive renovation, she's listed her former pad for $3.5 million. We agree with the listing agent who describes this as "most beautiful homes in the valley." From the gorgeously remodeled interior to the pool and patio, we're in love with this place! It's not likely that the home comes furnished (we spy tens of thousands of dollars worth of goodies from Restoration Hardware), but if it does, it's definitely worth the dough.
The Connecticut-style house sits on .83 acres, and it has 6 bedrooms and 7.75 baths with a total of 6,630 square feet of living space. From the gorgeous hardwood floors to the fully redone chef's kitchen, "every luxury has been considered and created." Extras include fountains, fireplaces, a tennis court, a bocce ball court and there's even a citrus grove on the property!
