Megan and her husband bought the 5,385-square-foot pad in December of 2009 for $2.942 million, and they just listed it for $3.995 million. Though it has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, keep in mind they have a total of three boys and Megan has made it abundantly clear that she wants more kids. They're def going to need more living space -- or at the very least, a home with more bedrooms.
The Mediterranean-style villa has unobstructed views of downtown Los Angeles and the ocean, and it sits on a 13,228-square-foot lot with a lush lawn and a sparkling pool. Inside there are hand-distressed wood floors and floor-to-ceiling French doors that open to covered balconies. Though some of the wallpaper is a bit uh, gaudy, that could be fixed quite easily.
