Jason Priestley Upgrades to a $2.7 Million Home In The Valley
After unloading their previous residence for $2 million (and a $150,000 loss), Jason Priestley and his wife have picked up a new home across the valley for $2.7 million.
The 5,075-square-foot home has 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, and it sits on a 9,000-square foot lot in Studio City. There are gorgeous hardwood floors, tons of windows and from the fully loaded kitchen to the movie theater, the home has just about everything a family of four would want. The master bedroom features a marble fireplace, a private patio and separate entry closets, while the master bath has a marble shower with a bench and a soaking tub.
According to listing info, the secluded back yard has a "lush green lawn," and there is a sea/salt heated pool/jacuzzi and a built-in BBQ.
