Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian have just started filming their latest spin-off reality show, Kourtney and Khloe Take The Hamptons, and this $14 million estate is where camera crews will be setting up shop over the summer.
The show will follow Kourt and Khloe launching their Dash pop-up boutique in town, but there's plenty of room for the rest of the family to come visit. Kim will reportedly stay with her sisters for a month, and Kendall is already in N.Y.C., so it looks like all five of the bedrooms in the 8,900-square-foot home will be occupied at one point or another.
The waterfront property sits on 3 acres, and though it rents for $295,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day, is also available to buy for $13,950,000. There are 6.5 bathrooms, a heated pool and a private dock, and from the open living room to the professional-grade kitchen, this is the perfect spot to entertain.
A source told the New York Post that “many Hamptons brokers refused to work with Kardashian producers, for fear of further upsetting locals who are worried about traffic and crowds, while other owners refused to rent their homes in more esteemed locations." We don't feel that bad for them though ... this place is pretty sweet, and with several acres in between them and their neighbors, we can't imagine they'll be too much of a disruption to the community.
