Brody Jenner recently shelled out $1,895,000 on this cozy Malibu home, and while it's not very big, it does sit on 4.61 acres, so it's definitely something he'll be hanging onto for a while.

The 1,517-square-foot pad has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, but given the size of the lot (and the fact that he can likely access some of dad Bruce Jenner's millions) we're thinking the sometime reality star is going to rip the place down and build a more modern crib.
