Controversial doctor Conrad Murray is a free man yet again. However, due to his tarnished public image -- the good doc may want to stay in jail. According to L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Murray, who served two years of his four-year prison sentence, was released at 12:01 AM Monday and his first stop as a free man? In & Out Burger of course!

Dr. Murray has been in jail since November 2011, after being convicted of manslaughter in the death of pop icon Michael Jackson.

Instead of making a walk out of jail in the public eye, Murray choose to sneak out to avoid photogs and a throng of angry hecklers, displeased at the doc's release. Murray's release was kept secret from the public in order to avoid "safety" and "security," according to the sheriff's department.

Reportedly, Murray plans to try and get his medical license back in Nevada and block revocation in California.
