Sony Pictures has released the first official teaser trailer for director David O. Russell's (Silver Linings Playbook) latest project, American Hustle (2013), starring Christian Bale, Robert De Niro, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper, Jennifer Lawrence, Jeremy Renner, and Elisabeth Röhm. The film is set to open in select theaters across the United States on December 13th.
Synopsis: The story of a con artist and his partner in crime, who were forced to work with a federal agent to turn the tables on other cons, mobsters, and politicians - namely, the volatile mayor of impoverished Camden, New Jersey.
