Last year the King 's Beverly Hills estate was purchased by Hard Rock co-founder Peter Morton for $9.8 million, but this Palm Springs abode is nothing like it, despite the "Graceland West" moniker.

The 5,000-square foot, four-bedroom Spanish-style pad has hit the market for $3.75 million, and though it's described as "one of the premier celebrity heritage homes" in the area, the listing photos speak for themselves. The Presleys bought the home in 1970, and in 2003 a man named Reno Fontana bought it from a Japanese businessman for $1.25 million, named it "Graceland West" and -- gasp! -- turned it into an event space "which he once opened to Michael Jackson fans for a memorial service for the King of Pop," according to Curbed.

Fontana lost the home to foreclosure, and though new owner Rade Raicevic was gearing to clean the place up and put on on the market somewhere in the $4 million range, he also ran into some financial problems. In 2012 the U.S. Bank National Association bought the property at foreclosure for $1.76 million, and though Raicevic is still fighting it in court, the Desert Sun reports that it is in fact up for sale.

According to listing info, this is "only two houses have been verified to be owned by Elvis at the time of his death," and it boasts a "spectacular" pool view, a steam room, a sauna, a wet bar, a jungle room, Elvis's private casita and an enclosed Jacuzzi. And let's not forget about the cardboard cutouts of the legendary singer -- wonder if those are included with the home?
