John Mayer just unloaded his New York City condo for $3.91 million after purchasing it back in 2005 for $2.17 million. That means he pocketed a cool $1.8 million on the sale!
Located in the Nolita district of the city, the abode was listed as owned by "HomeLife LLC", which just so happens to also be the name of one of John John's songs. Guess this music man really wants to shield his privacy!
This is the second real estate transaction for the Grammy winner in recent years. The Georgia native got rid of his L.A. pad in 2011, so now it looks as if his permanent residence is a ranch in Montana.
His girlfriend doesn't really seem like the farm girl type, so he better plunk down some cash on a metropolitan mansion sometime soon.
