Mary-Kate Olsen and fiance Olivier Sarkozy have bought this massive $13.5 million townhouse in the Turtle Bay neighborhood of New York City.
Though specifics on the home aren't that easy to find, the New York Post reports that the multi-level pad is 8,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 3 half baths, but it seems as though there are at least three to five additional spaces that could be used as bedrooms.
Behind a set of French doors in the second-floor library there's a spacious terrace with a staircase leading to the lower courtyard garden, and the master suite takes up the entire fourth floor. There are seven fireplaces, a ballroom (maybe that's one of the additional bedrooms?), a studio and the most important feature for M-K is likely the private single-car garage with direct entry to the house via the kitchen.
Painter David Deutsch first listed the home at $16.5 million last year. Looks like the couple got themselves quite a deal.
