Val Kilmer's ex-wife has claimed the actor has paid child support payments. She's now going after his property in exchange to get what she claims is rightfully owed.
Actress Joanne Whalley had two children with Kilmer before they divorced back in 1996. Their kids are now 19 and 16 years old. During the end of their marriage, Kilmer agreed to pay $27,500 per month in child support.
According to court documents filed in New Mexico, Whalley claims Kilmer is behind in payments. Whalley hasn't mentioned how much he owes -- but she has put together a lien on Val's property to force the actor to pay up.
