Just one day after the news broke that Ashton Kutcher had quietly listed his Hollywood Hills Bachelor pad for $12 million, RealEstalker reports that the actor and his pregnant fiance Mila Kunis have snapped up a new place to call home.
The parents-to-be put down $10.215 million in an off-market deal for this 7,351-square-foot pad in Beverly Hills, which would explain why we can't find any interior photos of the place.
But here's what we do know: The two-story residence sits on a little over half an acre of land, and it was built in 1999. There are three bedrooms and four bathrooms, a gated motor court and a three-car garage in front. In the back there is a lush lawn and a sparkling pool, and it appears as though this section of the neighborhood is in a gated community. Guess that'll keep the pesky paparazzi away!
Other celebrity residents nearby include Cameron Diaz, Penelope Cruz and Javier Bardem and Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban.
