With the news that he's going to be a dad, we're not surprised that Ashton Kutcher has put his bachelor pad high in the Hollywood Hills on the market.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Kutcher is quietly shopping the home around for $12 million, which is significantly more than the $8.455 million he paid for it in early 2012. As you know, Kutcher and fiancee Mila Kunis are expecting their first child together later this year, so it seems like they want to find a more private residence, and perhaps also one that is a bit more child-friendly.
The three-story home was built in 2007, and it sits on over half an acre of land and boasts stunning views of the Hollywood Reservoir. There are five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and nearly 9,385 square feet of living space, and key features include a gym, a sauna, a wine cellar, an elevator and a gorgeous terraced pool and spa.
