Shannon Elizabeth has re-listed her Los Feliz home for $2.699 million, and though this is the third time she's put the home on the market, she'll likely make a pretty decent profit.
Elizabeth bought the place in August 2001 for $1.425 million, and in August 2012 she listed it for $2.988 million. However, the price was dropped twice and the pad was taken off the market, but then in January 2013, the property was re-listed for $2.694. The price dropped a fourth time to $2,676,000 before it was taken off the market, but it looks like she's giving it another shot this year.
The 4,689-square-foot gated Mediterranean-style home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths, and not only do we love the view of the city, but it has a pretty killer pool. The home has original tiles, beamed ceilings, a library and a guest studio that could be used as a gym or studio.
