Seeing as he has a nice house in Brentwood and he just bought a 5,100-square-foot home in Bel Air in February, it looks like Pete Sampras' latest real estate purchase is simply an investment property. I mean, would the former tennis superstar and his family really live in a 3,424-square-foot house with a tiny pool? Seeing as the Westlake Village compound they were living in up until last fall was a whopping 13,017 square feet, we think not!
But apparently Sampras and wife Bridgette Wilson have picked up yet another estate on over an acre of "flat, wooded, park-like grounds" in Bel Air. The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and there is a fifth bonus room can be used as an office or a bedroom. Inside there are wide plank refinished floors high, beamed ceilings, and outside there is a deck, an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a pool and spa and there's even a sauna.
