It's official ... 22-year-old Petra Ecclestone is now the rightful owner of Candy Spelling's 57,000 square foot mansion in Holmby Hills after the escrow period finally ended today.
Ecclestone daughter of Formula 1 racing mogul Bernie Ecclestone bought the estate for a cool $85 million, a STEAL considering Candy originally wanted $150 mil for the place.
The estate has a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping rooms and parking for 100 cars.
Don't feel too bad for Candy, she bought 2 penthouse units in a nearby condo complex in Century City for $35 million and plans to move in sometime next year after some intense renovations.
