Charlie Sheen And Brooke Mueller NOT Back Together

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are NOT back together.

Despite reports she and her ex-hubby have reconciled, the two aren't an item.
Just days after completing her outpatient rehab program, Brooke was spotted looking disheveled and holding a homemade pipe -- while wearing Sheen's t-shirt and a pair of her sweat pants and high heels. But it turns out the shirt was just an old piece of clothing left behind by the actor, and not a sign the pair are shacking up again.

A source close to Mueller has said:

"Brooke would love to get back together with Charlie but he's not interested. He's ditched his goddesses but apparently he's not ready to take back Brooke."

Brooke recently confessed on The World According to Paris, she's been "hanging out" with her ex-hubby at his mansion since all of his goddess cleared out, and even expressed, "Sometimes I really miss Charlie. I've got confusing emotions."
